Black Out Event Preview:

• Time until power is restored is configurable
• Open Events included in config for customizable events
  (i.e. put your own event that unlocks bank doors)

  (Amount of time until someone can hit the power plant again)
• Custom Sounds and Configurable Notifications Included

Process:

• Start Heist at Power Plant (Requires C4 item)
• Plant C4 on each required power box (amount of power boxes required is configurable)
• Detonate C4
• Entire City loses power (along with any custom events you included)
