[PAID][QBX][QB] go-hostage | NPC Hostages

This scripts let players utilize locals for hostages, good for when your city has low pop and want to still allow crime RP. Each player can hold 1 hostage, and the hostages can enter your car (Configurable). All you have to do is pull out any gun and aim it at a local that is within your configured max distance and they will surrender.
