[QBCORE][Paid] Train Heist

This script allows your players ability to do a train heist.

All things editable in the config and some stuff on the server side.

Already setup for qb police alerts, ps-dispatch and cd_dispatch systems.

You can configure the amount of cops needed to rob the train and all the items received from the train.

You can configure if the peds spawn or not and edit the locations.
