Full Description
This is a simple script to add a high-speed effect. The faster the vehicle, the more intense the effect.
The global intensity can be configured through the config.lua file.

Config.CarAtivationSpeed = 80
Config.StrengthEffect = 0.04 --- 0.04 its recommended
Note: Motion blur needs to be enabled for the effect to work; otherwise, the effect will not work.
