EFn-baitcar 
This resource is targeted towards police and criminal engagement in your server. Your Law Enforcement are able to ‘bait’ any vehicle and use it to capture criminals that are known car jackers.
Features:
-Server sync’d (meaning that once a car is ‘baited’ it is baited for everyone on the server!)
-‘Bait’ cars with either a chat command or an item.
-Lock the doors: This locks everyone inside the vehicle and prevents them from escaping.
-Unlocking the doors: Returns the vehicle to its normal state and allows players to enter/leave the vehicle.
-Turn off the engine: Turns the engine off and stops the vehicle from moving.
-Turn on the engine: Turns the engine on and vehicle returns to it’s normal driving state.
-Dash Camera: You are able to peep into the vehicle in real time (this must be done while the car is in your render distance. once you are viewing the camera, distance doesn’t matter. We wrote it this way in order to prioritize optimization.)
-Config option to allow administrators to use the ‘bait’ item/command.
-UI is draggable with the click of the ‘move’ button on the UI.
Framework and Dependencies:
-Supports QB, ESX and standalone frameworks. You are able to change the framework triggers if you are using a custom framework.
-Default notifications for QB and ESX are already wrote in the ‘availableclient.lua’. The ‘notify’ function is non-obfuscated so you can make changes for your notification resource.
-The item logic is also non-obfuscated so you may change the item name as needed.
