Hello

After many unslept nights i managed to decode the GTA:O Third Poker script.
This was the hardest thing that i coded yet, there are so many things that can go wrong and break. (who wins/loses the game, etc.)

The script is not encrypted or anything, i uploaded as we use it.
We are using world objects with the script, so it will not create any object, you need to map them down or you can use the default casino tables. (which is setuped in the resource)

Things you can edit in the config

  • You can add your own poker tables at the desired position, the script works with world objects, so you start your ymap, and you just need to replace the positions in the config file.
  • Adjustable minimum/maximum bets on each Tables. (This is important when it comes to the Pair Plus bets!)
  • Changable decide time (when players need to react for the dealers question), and many other timing configs are implemented.
  • You can modify the multipliers also, but i do not recommend because that will not fit the default table models description, and players can be misleaded.

Features and thingies
Almost everything that comes with the GTA:O Third Poker, only the sounds that i could not manage to make them work. (deck shuffle, etc.)
The deck contains 52 cards, they can not be the same, so if 4 players sits at the table, the hands are really messy.
Everything is handled on the server side, so there can be no exploit.

We tested it on OneSync also, but there is an animation error when players randomly standup when they should play the networked animation. (We also have this standup error in the DiamondBlackjack, so it is Onesync related networked synchronized scene error.)
(But most of the time every anim is playing fine, by the way animations do not f*ck up the game, so you wont lose your money or etc., it just losses the beauty.)

I have changed some things compared to the Rockstar script:

  • You can move/change your camera with your default bind, so you are not stuck in FPS mode.(V)
  • Custom cameras, when revealing player cards.
  • etc.
Short Description

Three Card Poker is played as heads-up between the player’s hand and the dealer’s hand. After all ante wagers are placed, three cards are dealt to each player and the dealer. Players have a choice to either fold or continue in the game by placing a “play” wager equal to their ante. Hands are then exposed and wagers resolved.

The dealer’s hand must be Queen high or better for the dealer hand to play. If the dealer does not play, then there is no action on play wagers and ante wagers are paid 1 to 1. If the dealer does play, the dealer and player hands are compared. If the player hand loses, both the ante and play wagers are lost. If the player hand wins both the ante and play wagers are paid 1 to 1. If the hands are tied, then there is no action on either wager.

Additional optional bets are offered. The Pair Plus wager is a bet that the player’s hand will be a pair or better. The Pair Plus wager wins if the player has at least a pair of twos. The payoff applies regardless of the dealer’s hand, as the Pair Plus wager is not in competition against the dealer’s hand. Some casinos also offer an Ante Bonus, which is paid on the ante wager for a straight or better. The typical Ante Bonus paytable pays 5 to 1 for a straight flush, 4 to 1 for a three of a kind, and 1 to 1 for a straight. Like the Pair Plus wager, the Ante Bonus pays regardless of whether that hand beats the dealer’s hand.

Dependencies

  • ESX v1 final
  • Latest or atleast the casino server build.
    (You can make the required files streamed in, like animation dictories, etc. But i did not mess with it, you need to figure it out if you do not use the server build solution!)

Before you buy ‘VERY IMPORTANT’

  • You need to use game build which includes the casino DLCPACK! I can not help you if you need to stream the models/anims, if you wont use game build then do not buy the script, please.
  • This is a very complex script, even if we tested it for days, there can be bugs at anytime, but because we are using this on our server also, of course i am trying to find the bug as soon as i can and share it with the customers.
  • The resource is written for ESX framework (there are some callbacks, etc.), but if you are friendly with the lua language, you can easily make it to fit your framework or mod.
  • If there is some error, i dunno, some examples: the key binds, or the notifications not working for you, i can not really help you, because i do not know your MOD, we have tested it on our fully resourced server(+150), and on a fully empty server, both worked without errors, so do not message me that the resource is not working and you ‘bought it for the nothing.’

Do not complain about the price if its high for you do not buy it.
I recommend this resource for bigger community servers, where you want to bring the community together with many casino scripts, and just have fun together.
