[QB] illest ATM Robbery

Introducing illest-atmrobbery!

This ATM Robbery script allows players to either hack or drill ATM’s around the map. Players can get money, items (common or rare), ATM Hard Drives. Hard Drives can be exchanged at a location on the map for crypto. All rewards/items/hack settings can be all set in the config.
