Full Description

Project Lumberjack - allows players to harvest wood from map trees

A comprehensive, customizable lumberjack script for FiveM, allowing players collect wood from practically all trees, and simulate realistic forestry activities. Compatible with ESX, QB, QBX, and OX frameworks, this script includes detailed damage mechanics, inventory interactions, and visual health indicators for trees.

Features

  • Framework Compatibility: Works with ESX, QB, QBX, and OX.
  • Dynamic Trees: All the trees have health values and a 3D health bar that updates as they are chopped down, synced with all players.
  • Tree-Specific Rewards: Rewards in wood vary depending on tree size and weapon used.
  • Hatchet Durability: Integrated with inventory weapon durability if enabled, if disabled, our script manages it based on durabilityRemoval config of each weapon.
  • Anti-Exploit Checks: Ensures safe, fair gameplay by validating each tree hit action.
  • Optimized Performance: Built with event-driven architecture and a grid-based system, the script minimizes resource usage by running at ~0.00 ms on idle. When the 3D health bar is displayed, the script operates at a minimal ~0.06 ms, ensuring smooth performance.

Usage

  1. Chopping Trees: Equip a hatchet from your inventory, approach a tree, and use your attack button. If the player has enough stamina and the tree is alive, they’ll begin chopping, with the tree’s health bar displaying real-time progress.
  2. Collecting Rewards: Upon reducing a tree’s health to zero, players receive wood based on their weapon type and tree size.
