Q&A:
Q: Why are you selling the script with no obfuscation and/or IP locking?
A: I am a firm believer in the right to repair. Once you buy something, you should be able to modify it to your liking and needs, without having to rely on the original seller.
Q: What makes you better than the other two released poker scripts?
A: I haven’t used any other poker scripts on FiveM, so I can’t speak as to what mine does better, but as far as I know, this is the only open-source script that you can fully edit and adjust to your own needs, so I guess that’s a significant advantage.
Q: How many lines of code am I buying?
A: You’re buying ~2000 lines of code.
Q: How are hands calculated, how are they ranked and how are side-pots split?
A: I’ve used proprietary algorithms for the hand calculation (kickers are calculated where applicable) and ranking. The side pots are calculated using one of the most well-known and efficient side-pot splitting algorithm. The deck is shuffled using the fisher-yates algorithm to ensure a new pseudorandomly generated deck each game.
Q: Can I just buy the back-end/front-end part of the code, and if so what’s the price going to look like?
A: Yes, you can buy either part of the script for 50% of its total price.
Q: Where do I buy the script?
A: https://tritonic-scripts.tebex.io/package/4918874 - you will receive a download link right after purchasing from Tebex.
Q: Is this an ESX script?
A: By default, yes. But it has a very soft dependency on ESX and as such by changing a few lines of code you can easily adjust it to any framework that supports basic functionalities (getting the player’s name/money etc). We will not convert it to vRP for you, that’s something you’ll have to do but even with basic knowledge you should be able to do it.
