Null Dev QB Loading Screen

A fire loadingscreen.

This is another loading screen for you guys. This one does not close automatically but waits for user input before loading into the game. Once it is finished loaded it plays the animations and allows the person to load straight into the character selector instead of waiting for the files to load.

Installation Setup

1. Add the resource to your resources folder
2. Comment out the Citizen.CreateThread on line 7 in QB-Multicharacter
3. Start the server
