Key Features

• Property Creator
  With a simple use of the /housecreator command your admins / realestate agents can start the creation process of a property, go over a few steps such as choosing the type of property (shell/mlo), drawing the area of the property, choosing the entrance and shell and a few other things and you will be done!

• Furniture Menu
  With thousands of pre-configured furniture objects, the player has no limit to their creativity. Players can furnish the interior and exterior of their homes. Furthermore, adding new custom props to the menu is simple, + adding functionality to furniture items is as simple as adding a true value (stash, wardrobe, and more).

• Home Owner Menu
  Manage your keys and property keys from this menu. Whether you use virtual or physical keys, you manage who has access from this menu. When using physical keys you can change the home locks so that the items are no longer functional. When using virtual keys you can manually unassign keys from people, or change the locks as well to unassign keys from everyone.

• Door Menu
  With the door menu you can unlock the door allowing anyone to enter / exit, or check who is ringing the door and allow them in, Kick people out and more.

• House Information Menu
  Utilize the /houseinformation command near a property as an agent / admin to know more about the property nearby. such as the address, owner, shell type, and a lot more.

• 150+ Pre-Configured Shells
  With flight housing system, all k4mb1’s shells are preconfigured out of the box. You still require k4mb1’s shell pack to be able to use them, but they are fully configured. + You can easilty add your own shells to the list.
