[Standalone][ESX][QB-Core] Advanced Safezone

I am pleased to inform you that I have reworked and optimized the Safezone script on my server. I managed to reduce the number of lines from over 500 to less than 150 while maintaining the same functionality. These adjustments enable a more efficient and streamlined implementation, positively impacting the performance and maintainability of the system.

• Notification (optional) upon entering a safezone
• Notification (optional) upon leaving a safezone
• Enable/disable shooting within the safezone
• Discord webhook upon shooting within a safezone
• Adding as much safezones as you want
• Rigorously tested the system with over 100 Safezones without experiencing any loss in performance.
