This script allows server admins to create zones throughout the map where a fixed ALPR (Automatic License Plate Reader) would be placed. Everytime a car drives through that zone it will save the plate on a list that can be accessed using a tablet.

Preview

Resmon: The script was titled “detectiveTools”, however that contains three other modules so the usage of this resource alone is probably a lot lower. I can record a new preview soon to give a better idea of how it is currently.

** Dependencies **
None. This script doens’t depend on any other nor is integrated with any framework.
It’s fully standalone.

Configuration

This script comes with a field that is configurable: how old the records need to be to be deleted.

This script also comes with a module that allows for easy creation of new zones doing the following:

/alprcreate - Used in the center of a ALPR zone to set the center
/alprcreate 1 - Used in on of the corners of the ALPR zone to set the radius of detection
/alprcreate 2 "Name" - Used in the end to set the name of the zone

In the end of all ALPRs created /alprsave will generate a “alprs-creator.json” file that should be renamed to “alprs.json”. The script comes with 21 pre-configured zones in the Davis Area.

Q: Is there any restrictions on who can use the tablet?
R: No

Q: By buying this script do i have access to the source code?
R: Yes. There’s no obfuscation or anything like that

Q: Does this register all vehicles?
R: No, this does not register AI vehicles and it doesn’t register Emergency (class) vehicles.
