Mysql usage is set in the most stable way.

Stash House

You can give house key to nearby player.
/stashlock
You can lock or unlock stash with this command.
/enterhouse
You can enter the house with this command.
/knockdoor
You can knock the door with this command. (If there is someone in the house whose door you knocked on, they can invite you to the house.)
/raid
If you are a police officer you can enter any stash house.
/raidstash
If you are a police officer you can unlock stash any stash.
