Hijack the Weazel feed, go live server-wide, and turn the broadcast into a full second-stage heist

A lot of FiveM servers have great crimes, great events, and great stories.

But most of the time, only the people standing at the scene actually get to experience them.

The rest of the server hears about it later, sees a clipped POV in Discord, or misses the whole thing completely.

That is exactly what kf-broadcast is built to solve.

Introducing: Broadcast Hijack

kf-broadcast is a FiveM script resource that lets players hijack a live Weazel-style news feed and push it to the whole server through a full-screen spectator broadcast overlay.

One player becomes the live broadcaster.
Everyone else can tune in and watch it unfold in real time.

The resource combines a physical setup flow, live audience interaction, overlay chat/reactions/polls/donations, and an optional built-in revenue-ledger heist that turns a successful broadcast into a second-stage criminal payout route.

Script Overview

The flow is designed to feel like an actual broadcast takeover:

• Go to an approved Weazel van
• Retrieve the broadcast camera
• Deploy the tripod rig
• Attach the Network Hijack Device
• Start the Weazel network hack
• Go live and let everyone tune in

Once the feed is active, viewers can jump into the stream with /tunein or the configured hotkey and watch through the live spectator overlay.

During the broadcast, the broadcaster can run the scene in handheld mode or switch to static tripod shots for better composition and control.

Revenue Ledger Heist Follow-Up

This is where the script becomes something much bigger than a camera resource.

A live broadcast can be converted into a built-in revenue-ledger heist tied into kf-tasks.

The broadcaster can:

• Return to the linked van while live
• Start the revenue-ledger heist from the van
• Enter the Weazel server room
• Trace the correct workstation
• Hack the marked rack
• Complete extraction interruptions and recovery minigames
• Copy the revenue ledger
• Deliver it to your money laundering contact
• Pick up the laundered cash at the hideout
• Escape with the laundered cash bag
• Count out the final payout

Even better, the heist payout depends on the active broadcast revenue pool, so the stream itself can directly feed the second-stage crime and does not inject money into your economy.

Built-In Extraction Minigames

The extraction phase includes multiple recovery challenges, including:

• Timing Lock
• Command Chain
• Packet Match

These can stall the transfer, add penalties, and create pressure during the heist rather than making it a simple progress bar.
