[PAID][QB/ESX] 710-ems - An Optimized EMS job!

New highly optimized EMS job! I mainly made this cause the current framework ones are really bad on client side performance so I have made this from the ground up 10x more optimized without losing any functionality

Its a fairly easy system to use when a player dies they go into last stand for the time you have set after that they are injured to bad so they need to be taken to the hospital. When you take a player to the hospital you can put them in the bed and help them then when you take them out of the bed it will fully heal them.
