Rent system:

The rental system is simple for the player but still very sophisticated.
The house owner has the possibility to hire players via the mangament menu. Once a player has received a rental request, he has a total of 8 seconds to accept the request, if he has not done so in time, the request is automatically rejected.
Also, each house has also a limit of rental places and therefore can have only X (must be predefined in the Creator) number of tenants in house XYZ.
There is a limit for the rental price, because each house owner can change the rental price at any time, this limit is freely configurable in the Config.
As a tenant you have access to (almost) everything in the house, be it the shared garage, the storage or the house treasury.
After each rental cycle the tenant pays his rent (if he is online) if he can’t pay the first one he has to pay the second one twice if this one is not paid either he is automatically terminated and has no access to the house anymore.

Upgrade system:

You can upgrade the warehouse or the garage of your house maximum 2x.

In the garage, the slots for vehicles increase from 2 to 6 and from 6 to 10.

For the warehouse, only the capacity of the warehouse will increase. How much capacity is added can be set in the config.

The prices for the upgrades can be set in config.js.
Even the price of the house increases with each upgrade. The increase can be set in the config.

Garage system:

The garage system is relatively simple.
You can park the car in, park it out, buy it free (in case the car breaks down or ‘despwant’) or move the cars from house to house.
If you park the car it will be removed from owned_vehicles and inserted into the table housing_garage, if the tenant is terminated or the house is sold the car will be automatically inserted into owned_vehicles and assigned to the correct owner. Everybody in the house has access to the cars (tenant or owner), if the car is unparked the unparker automatically has a carlock which can be accessed with the "L " key.

Invite system:

The invitation system is also very simple.
If a player is standing near the entrance, the owner or a tenant can press invite and then click on the respective player, he gets if he is close enough a “request” to enter and can also accept this with the key ‘E’. He can then only leave the house, all other actions are blocked.
