[PAID][ESX] Admin Commands with discord logging

Features:

You can customize all the commands in a config file

• Change name
• Change date of birth
• Change phone number [Relogin required after changed]
• Change height
• Change gender
• Add new licenses to player (dmv, boat, drive, etc.) [Relogin required after change] (esx_licenses required)
• Remove licenses from player (dmv, boat, drive, etc.) [Relogin required after changed]
• Delete all bills from player
• Put player into character creator (esx_skin required)
• Discord log to all commands (Configurable name, webhook, image)
• Authorization is done in the config file, permissions can be given based on steamhex, discord id or fivem license
• Info command: /getname → You can see your Ingame name and fivem license. (everyone can use it, you can delete it server.lua → row 452-457) [Originally I made it for myself, but I left it in the script xd]
