[QBCORE] Night Vision Goggles - With PED Support

Description:

This script is very customizable.
A Night Vision script, that allows the player to use an item which makes the player wear a Night Vision mount and allowing the player to turn the night vision on and off using the radial menu.
This script makes it so that even if you are using a custom PED model (not a default GTAONLINE model) the player still wears an NVG mount.
