POLICE BLIPS

1. Ability to set for each job blip and color
2. Ability to set for each vehicle blip and color
3. When non police player steals tracker he gets tracked and is marked as error until he gets rid of the item
4. All names are configurable
5. Callsign command can be used by boss only and can be changed in config
6. Discord webhook
7. Vehicle blip remains even after leaving the vehicle
8. Callsigns are saved in database users table so it stays even after reloging
9. IC nicks are show on the maps along with the call sign if set
10. Police stations in one group

PLANNED IN FUTURE:

Blips will blink if vehicle has its sirens on
