How it works in detail

Imagine a player needs medicine, either because they got sick like through our partners K_DISEASES script, or just as part of regular hospital/doctor rp. Instead of the doctor just handing it to the player, the doctor can now use a prescription pad item to open a realistic UI looking like a real life prescription from the UK, the US, or Germany, depending on configuration. In there the doctor can just click on and write in any field. Additionally, they pick the medicine they want to prescribe from a dropdown menu and enter the amount. When pressing submit, a new prescription item is created and given to the doctor, who can then give it back to the patient. Using this item will show the patient everything the doctor wrote. With this the patient can then go to a pre-configured pharmacy where they can interact with the pharmacist NPC and retrieve their medication for a configured price.
Alternatively, this can all be handled by players.
To get a health insurance, players can walk up to the insurance NPC and buy the insurance for a configured price which lasts for a configured time (or forever). Having this insurance will lower the price of medicine at the pharmacy by a configured amount or even make it completely free. Other scripts can interact with this insurance through exports.

Framework integration

ESX, QBCore and QBox are supported out of the box. The files including framework functions are unlocked and can easily be edited to implement support for any custom framework. If you need help with that, feel free to reach out.

Performance

The script has an idle resmon of 0ms when target is configured to interact with NPCs, since there are no loops constantly running in the background.
