[MLO] Sandy Shores Motel [PAID]

This is Yorkway Motel which is located in the middle of Sandy shores.

The motel has been completely reworked and stocked with things everyone could ask for it, and makes a lot of advantage for Sandy’s roleplay, there are many more updates coming in the future for this motel, but I’m just running out of ideas I’ve done it all the ideas I’ve got, and I’m ready to make updates or changes, depends if the idea is to make the motel look better, also I can add more rooms, let’s cut it short and get into the details!

Description:

・This motel has 4 buildings, each building has 16 & 20 rooms, which in total they are 58 rooms.
・There are 2 room models in the motel.
・The motel has 28 parking spots.
・It has a swimming pool with 8 seats, 2 chairs each.
・It has a bar beside the pool, with the right equipment and 7 seats, 2&3 chairs for each table.
・Beside the bar it has a Tennis court covered with fence with two entrances.
・There is an office, to give a chance for more roleplay, The sign “Yorkway” is editable.
・There are two signs for the motel on the road, which is editable.
・Light lamps are around the motel and rooms, to make it look way better at night.
