Business

Businesses in Core Business aren’t locations you clock into for free money. They’re full LLCs β€” legal entities that own property, hire staff, manage finances, and compete in a player-driven economy. Think of them as legal gangs with spreadsheets.

Business Features

Properties

Properties are the physical locations your business owns in the world. Factories, farms, refineries, stores β€” each one produces, stores, and sells goods. A single business can own as many as it can afford.

Production Chain

:package: Ships with 15+ property types and a full production chain out of the box. Every recipe is fully customizable β€” or create your own property types with custom items and chains.

  • :pick: Tier 1 β€” Extraction β€” Mines, oil rigs, and farms generate raw resources from nothing. Iron, crude oil, grain β€” this is where every item in the economy starts.
  • :fire: Tier 2 β€” Refining β€” Smelters and oil refineries turn raw materials into usable goods. Iron becomes steel, crude oil becomes plastic and fuel.
  • :factory: Tier 3 β€” Manufacturing β€” Factories buy refined materials and produce what players actually want. Food, drinks, medical supplies, weapons, ammo β€” all made here.
  • :convenience_store: Tier 4 β€” Retail β€” 24/7 stores, gas stations, restaurants, and Ammu-Nations sell finished goods directly to players. The final stop.

No single business can run the entire chain alone. A gun manufacturer needs steel from a smelter, who needs iron from a mine. Businesses depend on each other β€” just like a real economy.
