Brand New Racetrack Is Here!

Grand Senora Raceway marks our most ambitious project yet. Our goal was to bring a complete motorsport experience to FiveM, all in a single package. From the main circuit and grandstands to fully explorable interiors, VIP areas, a karting track, and a dedicated drift course, Grand Senora Raceway was built to feel like a full motorsport destination rather than just another racetrack. The project replaces the old Redwood Lights Track, completely transforming the area with brand-new custom terrain, buildings, props, and a fully reworked circuit, repurposing the old dirtbike layout into a GT3 / F1-inspired track.

Grand Senora Raceway Features:

• Main Venue:

  • Main Circuit: A 1.6 km technical race circuit built around elevation changes, chicanes, flowing sections, and demanding corner sequences designed for highly replayable driving.

  • Track Layout: Compact in length but highly rewarding, with fast laps that keep the action constant and make the circuit especially engaging for repeated runs, time attack sessions, and multi-car driving.

  • Road-to-Track Access: Seamless transition from normal roads directly into the venue, allowing players to drive naturally into the circuit, paddock, garages, and pitlane without artificial barriers.

  • In-Track Props: Dynamic destructible track props placed around the circuit to add extra interaction and realism during driving sessions.

  • Grandstands: 4 spectator grandstands positioned around the venue to support a complete race-day atmosphere.

  • Drift Area: Dedicated small drift track for alternate driving sessions, side events, and extra replay value.

  • Grand Senora Karting Track: Separate karting track included as part of the venue for additional activity and variety.

  • Podium: Fully accessible podium area that can be reached on foot by the winners.

  • Parking Area: Large parking lot suitable for visitors, events, showcases, and meetups.

  • Food Area: Dedicated food zone built into the venue.

  • Terrace Pool & Bar Area: Leisure space included as part of the motorsport complex. With a exclusive view at the center of action.

  • Helipad & Terrace: Helipad area with an integrated paddock terrace overlooking the venue.

  • Open Venue Design: Built in a theme-park-inspired way, allowing players to freely access most areas of the raceway without excessive gates or blocked-off sections.

• Paddock & Facilities:

  • Paddock Building: Central paddock structure designed to support both immersion and gameplay use.

  • Garages: 6 Garages with space for 3 cars each, allowing direct garage-to-pitlane workflow.

  • Garage Interiors: 3 “Cars Bay”, and Corridor With Lockers

  • Paddock Interior: Detailed paddock interior areas built to a premium quality standard.

  • Hospitality Area: Full motorhome and paddock hospitality zone integrated into the venue.

  • VIP Area: Dedicated VIP zone for premium event-day atmosphere and roleplay possibilities.

  • Public Area: Free-access spectator and public space included as part of the raceway complex.
